3. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of your social media accounts. However, you are solely responsible for any claims or legal issues related to the uploaded links.

4. Moderation & Removal

AlinkMe reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict links violating these terms. Accounts may be suspended without prior notice.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Your uploaded links will be public. We do not sell or misuse your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Pricing Transparency

All subscription plans are clearly displayed on the Pricing page. There are no hidden charges beyond the listed subscription fees. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before final payment confirmation.

7. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing may vary depending on selected currency and region. Promotional offers may have limited validity and specific conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided unless otherwise stated.

9. Instant Activation

Premium features are activated immediately after successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment gateway delays, activation may take up to 24 hours. If activation does not occur, please contact support info@alinkme.com.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

11. Service Usage

Users must comply with platform policies and guidelines. Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of terms may result in account suspension without eligibility for a refund.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for third-party interactions resulting from uploaded links. We do not guarantee increased traffic or engagement.
